The sportiest skiing area. With a total of 140 kilometers of slopes and 35 lifts, Silvretta Montafon is one of the largest ski areas in Austria. As a complete service provider on the mountain, the company manages two ski schools, 10 mountain restaurants, 13 Intersport stores and the Sporthotel Silvretta Montafon from a single source. With around 900 employees in winter and about 290 in summer, it also forms the largest tourism business in Vorarlberg. Since 2012, the Silvretta Montafon has been the venue for the FIS Snowboard and Ski Cross World Cup and has been bringing top international acts to the Montafon year after year. The ski area is known for its countless freeride possibilities and its versatile backcountry. Numerous culinary and adventurous mountain experiences in breathtaking nature round off the offer. These include sunrise ski trips, igloo overnights and freeride courses for all skill levels.
