Kästle is pleased that you want to use images of this website, the products, campaigns and events. Kästle will gladly provide you with material from the media campaigns and photo shoots from the past years free of charge under certain conditions. Kästle asks you, however, to observe all rules, since Kästle has not fully received the rights of the authors. The following usage conditions apply to all pictures and photos of this website, including all subpages as well as the Media & Data Kit (see link below). This does not apply to other externally linked pages. The respective regulations must be observed.

By clicking on the confirmation button as well as by directly downloading pictures and photos of the website, you agree to the following usage regulations:

Kästle grants the non-exclusive, non-transferable right to download the photos and video for use in all its own advertising media (e.g. catalogs, posters, flyers and advertisements in third-party publications), electronic media (e.g. films) and online media (e.g. own websites and Advertisements on third party websites). However, the photos and videos may ONLY be used in connection with the application, announcement, or reporting of Kästle products and Kästle events.

The images and videos may not be used directly or indirectly on any third platforms, e.g. Ebay, Amazon or Youtube or via social media. The misuse of the images or media is prohibited, in particular the unrecognizing of Kästle trademark.

It is forbidden to integrate the photos and videos in advertisements or advertising media whose content violates legal regulations and / or morals, that is, In particular violent or sexually suggestive content, as well as discriminatory, offensive or defamatory statements regarding race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age.

The author or any other identifier, such as a trademark, may not be altered or removed. In case of use, the caption or photo credit must read as follows: "Photo: KÄSTLE Ski // Name of the photographer"

A correction or proof must be provided to Kästle for the prior written approval.

Kästle assumes no liability for the fact that the use of the photos, videos and brands (Kästle logos and/or other company’s logos) does not violate the rights of third parties. In the event of a third party's claim for damage, you are obliged to inform Kästle immediately.

The scope and contents of the Media & Data Kit are at the discretion of Kästle and can be changed at any time. Kästle assumes no liability for the actuality, functionality, quality, availability or completeness of the Media & Data Kit.
