"I grew up polysporting, and I've always particularly enjoyed winter sports: Skiing in almost untouched surfaces and snowy landscapes gives me a wonderful feeling. The sport of biathlon is very demanding, as it combines different skills: Technique, as well as strength and endurance in cross-country skiing are needed, as well as concentration and sensitivity at the shooting range. I enjoy this challenge very much. I am looking forward to a good cooperation with Kästle!"
Vince started skiing at the age of 3. On early ski tours he discovered his love for freeriding. Soon after, he also followed his parents in the cross-country track. Through the ski club Schwendi Langis he then found his way to biathlon.
In the meantime Vince also joined the ZSSV squad. In this time he could win 3 times in a row the national overall ranking, as well as 4 medals at Swiss Championships, 2 of them golden, as Swiss Champion.
