Kästle racing forward!

2019 was a record year for Kästle - and 2020 already gives us confidence!

With a massive product portfolio expansion and a comeback in the Alpine and Nordic World Cup circuits, it’s been an exciting year for premium ski brand Kästle. And we obviously did a lot of things right, because we can proudly announce that we sold 50% more skis this winter than last year. And our commitment to Nordic and Alpine racing is already paying off in the first season!

Gold and podium places encourage us

Kästle athlete Tereza Kmochova scored big at the Deaflympics, the Olympic Games for the deaf in Valtellina e Valchiavenna (IT). The Czech-born athlete won 4 silver and one gold medal in giant slalom, thus increasing her number of Olympic medals to 15.

Adriana Jelinkova excelled in the North American Cup in Burke Mountain with two first places in giant slalom and one second place in slalom. With another outstanding performance in Whiteface Mountain she is currently leading the Nor-Am Cup discipline ranking in giant slalom. Additionally we can be proud of Adriana's first World Cup point in the parallel slalom in St. Moritz.

After the ominous shoe dispute around Katharina Liensberger, interest in Kästle is high among the racers. Our goal is clear, we want to celebrate successes in the Alpine Ski World Cup. Therefore we are happy that besides Simon Breitfuss Kammerlander our racing skis are tested by many other athletes.

Kästle cross country skis are on the podium!

Our athletes show that our new cross-country skis are really fast. Alexis Jeannerod wins his first race at the Visma Classics, Les Belles Combes over 40 km and Fabian Stocek triumphs in Canada at the World Loppet over 51 km. Felix Kappelsberger wins the popular Kaiser Maximilian race over 30 km and Jan Pechousek shows at the Sprint World Cup in Dresden that he is one of the best 20 in the world.

But also the Kästle para-athletes in the nordic sector inspire with impressive performances. Hence, Max Weidner, German national para-athlete always ran under the top 10, as the newcomer of his category and Carina Edlinger, Austrian para-national athlete climbed on the podium at every Para World Cup race so far.
